Achievement of this objective requires that all products perform reliably and efficiently and in a manner, which assures continuing market competitiveness. The manufacture of reliable products for high liability applications requires the support of a highly effective quality management system (QMS). TSC’s QMS is an all-encompassing system that not only addresses final product quality, but more important, it addresses the people side of quality as well. TSC is committed to not only raising the level of the quality of our products, but also to the continual improvement of the effectiveness of our quality management system. Effective implementation of this policy is of primary concern to TSC’s management at all levels. This Quality Policy applies to all employees of TSC and to all TSC products and services.
